Onsite Services are available for businesses only. We will send one of our experienced I.T. Specialists to come and troubleshoot your computer or network issues. If we can resolve your problem on the spot, we will do our best to get you back up and working immediately. If not, we will take your device to our office and get it repaired for you as quickly as possible, depending on the issue.

In-Shop Services available for individuals who need assistance with their computer or laptop. We currently do not offer printer or other device repair.
Diagnostic fee if for determining the issue with your computer. Once problem is found a repair recommendation will be made. Upon approval, $50.00 of the Diagnostic Fee can be applied to the Labor of the repair. This Fee is for Labor Only; Parts are an additional fee.
Labor for repairing a computer or laptop or for upgrading a computer or laptop. This price is for installing or replacing up to four (4) components or software's or a combination of the two. This Fee is for Labor Only; Parts are an additional fee.
Labor for Backing-Up Data Only (Pictures, Documents, Music, Videos, etc.) Does Not Include Applications - Once Data is calculated, a Media Device will be required to transfer the data to. If an OS Reinstall or Upgrade is Requested, the Data will be transferred back to the computer instead of a media device.
All Prices above are for Labor Only. Prices for Parts and Equipment will be based on what is required to complete the job at hand. Service Will Be Stopped Immediately and Labor Fees Will Not Be Refunded if Technician discovers Insect Infestation or Bodily Fluids were a cause of Issues with Computer or Laptop or may lead to issues with Computer or Laptop. We Will Not Complete Repairs, the device will be bagged and must be picked up 48 hours of being notified of the findings. After 48 Hours, items not picked up may be taken to a recycling facility to avoid infestation or other potential threats to our and our customer's equipment.
